Its best asset is the Quick Add Task feature. It lets you create a list of tasks you need to do for the day, with a few taps or clicks. You can even add sub-tasks under each entry!

Ideal for HR professionals, sales personnel, and marketing teams, this app enhances business productivity to the max. You can perform a series of workflow collaboration and project automation. This way, everyone is in sync and you get more tasks done!
This work organizer presents a complete workspace for managing and organizing team tasks.
You can create a Board or multiple Boards, which is like an online spreadsheet. It contains your team members, activities, and all the deliverables. That’s essentially your only workflow, which is pretty simple.
You can add in more fields as you go, depending on your project scope. One example would be adding sub-tasks, checklists, and timelines. You can also add guest collaborators such as clients, freelancers, and other users. Just create a Shareable Board for them. It’s really powerful groupware!

This business software isn’t free. But on the bright side, it does offer a 14-day free trial for all plans available. They include:

I’m sure you’ve heard of the iconic Microsoft Office applications. They’re a work staple!
Well, this app wraps them all into one cloud-hosted platform, along with some cool features.
I bet you don’t know half of them!
Let’s start with the major spec which is the online Office suite. With Microsoft 365, you gain desktop, mobile, and web access to all MS Office applications. That includes:

The desktop organization software works like a charm, but wait ‘till you utilize its mobile app! If you’re out in a lunch meeting or doing fieldwork, you can still track and update your tasks.
Guess what? Asana is completely free if you’re working with 15 members or less. You get 1000 tasks with unlimited teams, which is good enough for a small project.
For bigger projects, however, the free version comes with restrictions. Among others, you won’t get access to Timelines and dashboards.
